Abstract |
Subject and goals. The purpose of this work is to analyze the impact of the current socio-economic situation on the features of effective use and development of human capital. The problem of modifying the role of human capital becomes particularly relevant in the context of digital transformation.
Methods. The implementation of the objectives of the study were achieved through the following scientific methods: sociological survey of the population (to explore the respondents ' views on the chosen issue), statistical (in the process of processing and systematization of official data of Federal state statistics service); formal-logical (in the process of studying of publications of domestic scientists); systems analysis (to analyze the impact of digitalization on the process of human capital accumulation and the problems faced by the younger generation in this process); modeling (for predicting the stimulation of human capital accumulation in modern Russian society).
Results and conclusions. Due to the growing trends in the transition to the digital economy, there have been a number of changes in the use and development of human capital. It becomes obvious that the availability of human resources and their involvement in the country's economy can provide an unprecedented growth of the state's economy. The transformation of the social and economic system has significantly affected young people due to the greater receptivity and high social mobility of the younger generation. Due to changes in the economic system, Russian youth have experienced changes in their attitude to various fields of activity. Special attention should be paid to the analysis of the formation, development and implementation of the human capital of young people in the labor sphere. Based on the author's sociological research on the study of value orientations of young people in the Volga region and secondary analysis of domestic research, the human capital of Russian youth, life attitudes and value orientations in modern conditions are considered. It is proved that the accumulation of labor potential among the able-bodied population in the conditions of state support can provide rapid growth of the country's economic indicators. The empirical basis of the analysis undertaken in the article is based on the materials of a sociological study conducted in the Penza, Saratov region and the Republic of Mordovia in 2018.the absolute importance of human capital for the well-being of the economy. The results of the study led to the conclusion that the younger generations are driven by various motives that are manifested in labor behavior. Thus, for example, incentives stimulate the work activity of young people to meet material needs, as well as to acquire material prosperity. However, according to the results of the author's research, based on the future, the content side of work becomes important for young people. So, in their long-term plans, respondents chose an interesting, creative, prestigious job that benefits society. At the same time, working conditions and social guarantees of the future workplace also remain important. Also, young people of the Volga region are ready to work hard, but at the same time earn well.
